Wieso?
Es funktioniert neben Toyota auch mit jedem OBD II kompatibelem Fahrzeug.
Dass man dann nur abgasrelevante Fehler auslesen kann ist ja selbstverständlich.

Genau lesen: Da steht irrtümlich "complaint" (= Beanstandung) anstelle "compliant" (= konform). Und welcher Kunde möchte schon ein "Complaint Vehicle"? ;-)
